Q: How long will it take to complete my order?

A: The larger the order the longer it will take. It also will depend on my workload at the time. Generally it will take about 2-3 days after I receive a wire to complete the process.

Q: I don’t know if there is any recording on my wire will I still get charged if it is empty?

A: There will be some charge because of the time spend searching the spool. I will refund half of the price if I don’t find any audio.

Q: I don’t want noise reduction does this change the price?

A: No, The price is fixed per spool.

Q: I don’t want a cd I just want the wav file will this reduce the price?

A: See the rate chart, I have an exception for no cd.

Q: I don’t know what is on the wire, if I don’t like what I hear can I get a refund?

A: Unfortunately I cannot give refunds based on wire content.

Q: I only want family members and family songs and I want the radio and record recordings removed, can you do this for me?

A: Yes I can remove the unwanted audio segments but this is an additional service, See rate chart for details.
